Electrolyte Sports Drink

Ingredients

2 cups purified water 

juice of 1 orange

juice of 1 lemon

juice of 1 lime

2 tsp. raw honey

1/8 tsp. himalayan salt 

Directions

1. Place water in jar or glass of choice. 

2. Add freshly squeezed juice (we did our by hand, but a juicer works too) to water.

3. Add salt and honey to drink. Shake well. Serve cold.
