1 small apple, roughly chopped
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tsp. real maple syrup
1/2 scoop vanilla protein
1/2 cup almond milk
1/4 cup oats or homemade granola
optional: extra granola for the top!
ice (add more for thicker consistency)
