1 head cauliflower, washed and chopped
1 Tbsp. plain greek yogurt
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 Tbsp. olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
1. Prep cauliflower and place in pot. Fill with water. Boil for roughly seven minutes.
2. Once boiled, drain water, and place half of the cauliflower in food processor while still hot.
3. Add olive oil and greek yogurt. Blend on high. Add the remaining amount of cauliflower. Blend until smoothe and creamy.
4. Mix in garlic powder, salt and pepper. Serve warm.
