Tag Protein Packed "Cookie Dough"


1 15-ounce can chickpeas

1/2 cup natural peanut-butter

1 cup vegan carob chips

4 Tbsp. real maple syrup

1 tsp. vanilla extract 

dash of sea salt 


1. Place chickpeas, peanut-butter, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and sea salt in food processor. 

2. Blend ingredients until dough-like consistency forms. 

3. Place "dough" in medium sized mixing bowl. Add carob chips and mix well. 

4. Chill "cookie dough" in regrigerator for at least one hour before serving. Enjoy!
