Tag Skinny Blueberry Blender Muffins

Ingredients

2 cups rolled oats

2 ripe bananas

2 eggs

1 cup greek yogurt 

3 Tbsp. honey 

3 Tbsp. coconut sugar

1 Tbsp. vanilla extract

1 tsp. baking soda

1 tsp. coconut oil

pinch of salt 

1 cup blueberries

Directions

1. Preheat the oven to 390F. Line muffin tray with baking cups. Spray with cooking oil. 

2. Place all ingredients (except blueberries) in high speed blender. Mix ingredients well. 

3. Place ingredients in mixing bowl and stir in blueberries. Bake for 20-25 minutes.

4. Remove muffins from oven and allow to cool before serving.
