16 oz. coconut water
1 kiwi, peeled and sliced
3/4 cup raspberries
1. Wash and prep fruit.
2. Evenly distribute fruit into popsicle molds.
3. Pour water into molds over fruit.
4. Freeze overnight and enjoy!
I love this summer snack because it's easy to make and very refreshing! It is low in calories and sugar, while providing a healthy dose of vitamin C.
