Our Rise N' Shine workout is the perfect way to start your day! Push yourself to do your BEST! Your goal should be to fight through each exercise without stopping. You will sweat, and it will burn, but this is how to get results! Let's GO!!!!! 

Directions

Before beginning, we suggest drinking a glass of lemon water and eating 1/4 cup berries to get your metabolism moving!

Five minute deep stretch (great time to pray, meditate, and find your calm)
