We don't want you to burn your turkey on Thanksgiving day, but we DO want you to burn fat and calories before the big feast! Grab a family member or friend and get outside for a challenging workout! 

Directions

Warm Up: 50 jumping jacks + 30 second butt kicks

Begin: 1/2 mile fast pace walk + 1/2 mile jog at your pace (repeat 2x - total 3 miles)

Circuit: 30 plies squats + 10 lunges each leg + 25 push ups

Cool Down: 10-15 minute stretch (try some yoga poses while practicing gratitude)
