For those days you don't have a lot of time, this workout will get you in and out! It's really simple but gets the job done! 

Directions

1 minute warm up: jog in place/high knees/butt kicks

Circuit:

Time: 10 minutes

30 jumping jacks (nonstop)

20 squats (no weight)

20 squat jumps

20 alternating lunges (each leg)

20 burpees

20 push ups

30 mountain climbers

25 crunches

Cardio:

20 minutes cardio (bike, inclined walk, running)

cool down/stretch
