A quick workout to keep your arms looking toned in your favorite summer tanks! 

Directions

Warm up | 5 minutes

Cardio of choice | 30 minutes 

Cool down | 5 minutes

25 arm circles forward | 25 arm arm circles backward | 3 sets

Hold a 1 minute plank in-between each set of arm circles

Push-Ups 3x15 (modify by lowering to knees)

5-10 minute stretch
