3x10 Dumbbell Bicep curls (one arm at a time)

3x10 Dumbbell Hammer Curls (both arms at once)

3X10 Tricep Dips

3x20 Pushups

Wall Handstands (Try three at your own pace!)

Cooldown: One mile run
